Dear Author,
I published my first book this year. I thought I would sell lots of copies at Christmas but it didn't do well at all. Does that mean my book stinks?

Dear Susie,
One would assume books would sell during the gift buying season, right? Well honestly, I'm not sure why they don't, but they don't! The best time to sell books is actually from April to June. Why? Again, I'm not sure. But it seems to be a trend you can count on! Hang in there and give your book another chance.
